At Titan Fitness, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you have the best possible equipment for your home gym or commercial facility. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
