This system mounts to the top and bottom crossmembers of your power rack and features rack-mounted pulley attachments, 80" and 118" cables, carabiners, and all the assembly hardware needed. The setup can hold a weight capacity of 440 LB, perfect for performing tricep pushdowns, lat pull-downs, bicep curls, seated rows, leg extensions, and other exercises.
